Owner/artist Dawn Wagner is a leader in the field of Permanent Cosmetics with 22 years experience. Her desire is to empower women with permanent makeup and total image enhancement.

Dawn is proud of her work helping those with cancer, birth defects, and scars ( from accidents, face lifts, or breast augmentations, etc.). Her personal goal is to be the best, by helping others with their appearance and self-esteem. She helps women feel and become more beautiful while saving them time.
